How contact information is handled when you use this website.
Information you choose to share
The contact form asks for your name, email, optional company and phone number, service interest and a short message. Use it to share information relevant to your enquiry. Do not include identity documents, banking credentials or confidential financial records in an initial message.
How the enquiry form works
When you select “Send enquiry”, the information in the form is transmitted to our website’s server and saved in a private Google Sheet used by NexGen to manage enquiries. We also record the submission time, enquiry reference and website source. Vercel processes the website request and Google provides spreadsheet storage. The page confirms receipt only after storage is confirmed. If a submission cannot be confirmed, you can contact us directly using email or WhatsApp.
If you choose an email or WhatsApp follow-up link, your prepared message is passed to that application. That service handles information under its own privacy terms. The copy button copies the enquiry to your device clipboard.
When you contact NexGen
Information you submit through the form or send directly is used to understand your enquiry, respond and discuss potential services. Access to the enquiry spreadsheet is restricted to authorised accounts. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages. If an engagement requires additional information or involvement from a professional adviser, those requirements can be discussed as part of the scope.
Website storage and external links
The website does not add analytics, advertising trackers or application cookies, and does not persist form entries in browser storage. Hosting providers may process technical request information for delivery, reliability and security. Links to LinkedIn, WhatsApp and reference websites take you to external services with their own privacy practices.
Contact and data requests
For questions about information you have sent to NexGen, or to request a correction or deletion, contact nexgenfinco@gmail.com. Any necessary retention may depend on an engagement and applicable obligations.
